In this study, in order to evaluate the military climate of the northeastern region of Iran in order to plan the activities of the military forces, all synoptic stations in the region were studied and nine stations that had a statistical period of more than 30 years were selected. Climatic data were received daily and monthly from the Meteorological Organization.Then, using the physiological equivalent temperature index, climatic comfort and cold and heat stresses affecting the military forces and using the military climate index, the desirability of climatic conditions for various military operations during the year was studied. The results of the evaluation of the physiologically equivalent temperature index in the northeastern region of Iran showed that in most stations of the area, in April, May, June, October and September, the climate is comfortable. But in the other months of the year, heat and cold stress may affect the process of planning and carrying out these activities. In terms of military climate, the lowest desirability for military operations in the region is in July and August. Climatic parameters affecting the reduction of desirability include high temperatures, wind speed and high relative humidity in coastal areas in Golestan province. Among the stations in the northeastern region of Iran, the lowest desirability of the military climate during the year with about 59.5% is related to Mashhad station and the highest with about 63.5% is related to Gorgan. In the entire Northeast region, the highest climatic suitability for military activities are in October, November and April.}, keywords = {Military climatology,military operations,Military Climate Index,Northeast of Iran}, title_fa = {بررسی نقش عناصر اقلیمی بر عملکرد دفاعی نیروهای نظامی( مطالعه موردی: منطقه شمال شرق کشور)}, abstract_fa = {آب‌وهوا بر تمام فعالیت‌های انسان تأثیر می‌گذارد و فعالیت‌های نظامی نیز همانند سایر فعالیت‌های انسان تحت تأثیر شرایط آب‌وهوایی است. در این پژوهش به‌منظور آمایش اقلیم نظامی منطقه شمال شرق کشور در جهت برنامه‌ریزی فعالیت نیروهای نظامی، تمامی ایستگاه‌های سینوپتیک موجود در منطقه موردمطالعه قرار گرفت و از بین آن‌ها، 9 ایستگاه که دارای دوره آماری بالای 30 سال بودند، انتخاب گردیده و داده‌های اقلیمی مربوطه در دوره روزانه و ماهانه از سازمان هواشناسی دریافت گردید. در ادامه با استفاده از شاخص‌های دمای معادل فیزیولوژیک آسایش اقلیمی و تنش‌های سرمایی و گرمایی تأثیرگذار بر نیروهای نظامی و با استفاده از شاخص اقلیم نظامی میران مطلوبیت شرایط اقلیمی برای انجام عملیات مختلف نظامی در طول سال موردمطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی شاخص دمای معادل فیزیولوژیک در منطقه شمال شرق کشور نشان داد که در بیشتر ایستگاه‌های منطقه شمال شرق، در ماه‌های فروردین، اردیبهشت، خرداد، مهر و شهریور شرایط آسایش اقلیمی حاکم است . اما در بقیه ماه‌های سال تنش گرمایی و سرمایی ممکن است در روند برنامه‌ریزی و انجام این فعالیت‌ها تأثیرگذار باشد. از لحاظ شرایط اقلیم نظامی کمترین مطلوبیت برای عملیات نظامی در سطح منطقه مربوط به ماه‌های تیر و مرداد است که در بین پارامترهای اقلیمی تأثیرگذار در کاهش مطلوبیت می‌توان به دماهای بالا، سرعت باد و در مناطق ساحلی در استان گلستان رطوبت نسبی بالا اشاره کرد. در بین ایستگاه‌های منطقه شمال شرق کشور، کمترین مطلوبیت اقلیم نظامی در طول سال با حدود 5 /59درصد، مربوط به ایستگاه مشهد و بیشترین آن با حدود 63/5 درصد، مربوط به گرگان است. در کل منطقه شمال شرق نیز بیشترین میزان مطلوبیت اقلیمی برای فعالیت‌های نظامی در ماه‌های مهر، آبان و فروردین وجود دارد.}, keywords_fa = {اقلیم‌شناسی نظامی,عملیات نظامی,شاخص اقلیم نظامی,شمال شرق کشور}, url = {https://jmm.iranjournals.ir/article_247565.html}, eprint = {https://jmm.iranjournals.ir/article_247565_3370d7e8182332438a43929cde7dd081.pdf} }
