The main goal of this research is to compile the Islamic financing model with an emphasis on increasing the combat power of the armed forces. Therefore, according to the literature on the subject, 20 factors affecting the Islamic financing of the armed forces are identified and classified into three variables, financing, complementary institutions, and macroeconomic conditions, and according to the opinion of experts, the most important ones are selected using the fuzzy Delphi method. Based on the obtained results, attention to efficiency and liquidity for financial providers (investors), as well as low cost of publication and risk level, economic growth based on new knowledge are the most important criteria from the point of view of complementary institutions. as a consultant) and finally adapting to various conditions of inflation and recession, attracting maximum participation and attracting foreign investment are considered to be the most important macroeconomic criteria. The final result of the research is that according to the acceptance of financial providers (investors) and complementary institutions in macroeconomic conditions, the purchase of partnership bonds, Islamic treasury bonds and Istisna bonds are among the best Islamic financing bonds for the armed forces, which are used Finally, it will have favorable results in the society's economy. تامین مالی از مهمترین عوامل در افزایش توان رزمی نیروهای مسلح است، و تامین مالی اسلامی با توجه به مؤلفه‌های اعتقادی و تحریم های ظالمانه کشورمان برای نیروهای مسلح از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تدوین مدل تامین‌مالی اسلامی با تاکید بر افزایش توان رزمی نیروهای مسلح می‌باشد. لذا با توجه به ادبیات موضوع، 20عامل مؤثر بر تأمین مالی اسلامی نیروهای مسلح شناسایی و در سه متغیر، تأمین مالی کننده، نهادهای مکمل، و شرایط کلان اقتصادی دسته‌بندی و طبق نظر خبرگان با روش دلفی فازی مهمترین آنها انتخاب می‌گردند و در نهایت برای رتبه‌بندی مؤلفه‌ها از روش فرآیند تحلیل‌رتبه‌ای استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، توجه به بازدهی و قابلیت نقد شوندگی برای تامین‌کنندگان مالی(سرمایه‌گذاران)، همچنین پائین بودن هزینه‌ی انتشار و سطح ریسک، رشد اقتصادی مبتنی بر دانش‌جدید مهمترین معیارها از نظر نهادهای مکمل (در مقام مشاور) و در نهایت انطباق با شرایط گوناگون تورمی رکودی، جذب مشارکت حداکثری و جذب سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی از مهمترین معیارهای کلان اقتصادی محسوب می‌شوند. نتیجه نهایی پژوهش این است که با توجه به استقبال تامین کنندگان مالی(سرمایه‌گذاران) و نهادهای مکمل در شرایط کلان اقتصادی، خرید اوراق مشارکت، اسناد خزانه اسلامی و اوراق استصناع از بهترین اوراق تامین مالی اسلامی برای نیروهای مسلح بوده که استفاده از آنها درنهایت نتایج مطلوبی در اقتصاد جامعه خواهد داشت. https://jmm.iranjournals.ir/article_737350_f0c976c2c1e7ad40a430af513fd28685.pdf
