Learning and exploiting the leadership and managerial indicators are of crucial significance in terms of scientific studies and investigation. This study was an attempt to investigate the leadership and management components from the perspective of Nezami Ganjavi and was also aimed at proposing a model of management and leadership for high ranking commanders and military managers. Sharafname poems are identified as an impressive masterpiece and poetic work of Nezami Ganjavi which makes an attempt to describe the adventures and massive militarization of Alexander. The main thought of poet is revealed through investigating and scrutinizing the verses of poems. Moreover, many thought of poet is also communicated through using direct speech or king’s discourse in terms of advice and aphorism and then transferred to the readers. This study was qualitative research in terms of purpose and data collection procedures and it was conducted through data-based analysis and grounded theory. For this purpose, in terms of sample population, the study was conducted through investigating 4500 verses of Sharafname poems.  Finally, 22 components were emerged as the result of poetic investigation which leads to the five dimensions including beliefs, relations, personality, wisdom and human mental condition and spirituality.
