Security-defense governance in the space of hybrid conflicts

Abstract
Due to its nature, the Islamic Republic of Iran is dealing with many challenges and crises and threats in the political, economic and social fields more than other countries and will face them in the future. Synergism of military, political, social and economic threats and tools with the aim of creating instability in the war country under the title of combined war will be denied. Due to their nature, these threats will cause crisis in any country with any degree of security and stability. The main problem of this research is to identify the best defense against a full-scale hybrid war at the national, regional and international levels. An analysis has been analyzed. The results of the review of various sources indicate that the best defense in a hybrid war is Islamic supreme governance. The studies show two basic schools under the super-paradigm of humanism and theism. But materialistic schools with all their tricks have not been able to provide a solution to the problem of insecurity, especially in the new environment governing global developments.
