Analysis of the influencing factors on the desire for job permanence in floating units using the Fuzzy Dimetal approach

Abstract
Human resources are among the intangible assets of an organization, the result of the desire for their permanence can lead or prevent the organization from reaching its goals. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors affecting the desire for job permanence in floating units using the fuzzy Dimetal approach. To collect the data, first, 21 common factors affecting the desire to permanence were identified by metacombination method; Then, by weighting using the best-worst fuzzy method, the results indicated that inter-organizational and individual trust and job enrichment with the approach of paying attention to the employee and reforming and organizational architecture are the most important factors. Then, with the Dimtel Fuzzy method, he analyzed the relationship and the results indicated that, strengthening interpersonal and organizational trust, justice-oriented evaluation, flexibility, all-round organizational development, adaptation to the service environment, job enrichment with the approach of paying attention to the employee, justice central, increasing the skill of responding, loyalty, strengthening the cultural dimensions, has the greatest impact compared to other categories in tending to the job longevity of the employees of the floating units. Finally, in order to measure the current situation, 370 employees of floating units from a population of 5014 people were selected by a simple random method, and it was determined that interpersonal and organizational trust and justice-centeredness got the highest score for driving the desire for job longevity. .
