Pathology of organizational education in higher education based on the three-pronged model (Case study: one of the educational centers of Aja)

Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of pathology of Excellent – classy in one of the educational centers of Aja based on the three-pronged model. The method of this research is using a qualitative-quantitative (nested) mixed approach. Its statistical population included experts at the level of the organization and scholars of the desired training center. Semi-structured interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data and continued until data saturation. The saturation point (sample) in this research was 15 experts and 35 people as the focal group (scholars). Thematic analysis method and software (Maxqda22) were used to analyze the data, and Friedman's non-parametric test and spss software were used to rank the injuries. In the findings section, out of 108 basic themes, 41 organizing themes and 3 comprehensive themes, 15 themes are in the structural branch; 19 themes were placed in the content branch and 7 themes were placed in the environmental branch. The results showed the harms of "lack of specialized and skilled manpower in the education sector", "traditional education based on teacher-apprenticeship", "lack of leveling and separation of scholars" and "weak connection between education and career paths of employees" respectively. are of the highest importance. At the end, necessary solutions and recommendations were provided to fix the damage.
