The general policies of the resistance economy are the policies that have been formulated and announced in order to deal with the sanctions and economic pressures of the United States and the international system. One of these policies is consumption management based on the modification of the consumption pattern, which can be implemented in various fields including education. This research has been done with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the ways of applying consumption management in the field of education of Imam Ali Officer University (AS). The research method is descriptive-analytical and the field method (interview and questionnaire) was used to collect data. The statistical population in the interview stage was 13 people and in the questionnaire stage there were 80 experts from the field of education of Imam Ali Officer University (AS) and the data has been analyzed qualitatively, quantitatively and mixed. In the qualitative analysis, after analyzing the content of the interviews, 19 indicators or methods of using consumption management were extracted, and the basis of quantitative analysis based on statistical tests, and mixed analysis based on TOPSIS method. The results show that the index of awareness and institutionalization of the culture of the correct use of resources, equipment and facilities, and the index of the use of virtual education systems and audio, visual and intelligent facilities in education are of the highest priority in the discussion of consumption management (Optimal consumption) in the field of education of Imam Ali Officer University (AS).
