Abstract
Financial empowerment is the concept of taking control of financial affairs and making informed decisions that bring stability and financial security. Financial capability is a combination of attitude, knowledge, skill and self-efficacy. This ability to make decisions and manage money is compatible with one's life conditions. The present study presents a model for financial empowerment of military families in Iran by using the foundation's data theorizing method. In terms of dominant research paradigms, this research is placed in the interpretation group. In order to collect the required data, semi-structured interview technique and snowball sampling method were used. The interviewees of this research are experts, accounting and finance professors, families and military personnel
The research data was analyzed using the open coding method, which is specific to the contextual approach, and conceptual, main, and macro categories were extracted, and finally, the empowerment model included causal, structural, intervening factors, as well as strategies for empowering families. Military employees and its consequences and the correct implementation of the system for improving the financial strength of military families are presented. According to the results of the research, the main consequences of the financial empowerment of military families are helping with living expenses (housing and education), entrepreneurship and workforce development, reducing the stress of military jobs, reducing family breaks due to financial issues, increasing the well-being of families, improving The quality of working life is more self-confidence, strengthening the country's economic system, preventing financial frauds and reducing social issues and post-retirement crises
