The current research has been done with a practical-developmental approach and with the aim of presenting the Iranian-Islamic organizational culture model of the Army Ground Forces in a mixed manner. Data collection was done through library and field methods (semi-structured questionnaire) and the statistical population of the research was 125 people, including experts and officials of strategic levels with appropriate scientific and experimental characteristics. The sample size is 91 people and in the qualitative part, sampling was done using a purposeful method of judgment until theoretical saturation, and in the quantitative part, it was done by random stratification. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze quantitative data, and confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze qualitative data. Model fitting has been done in three steps using SMART PLS software. The results of the data analysis show that the proposed model has a multidimensional structure and includes 5 dimensions (functional, structural, direction makers, social and value-belief), 28 components and 120 indicators, which can be considered as an Islamic-Iranian framework for promoting the organizational culture of Ground Forces be placed.
