Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of willingness of the Army Ground Forces personnel to serve in the superior headquarters.The method of this research is descriptive-exploratory in terms of data collection and applied in terms of purpose.The statistical population is the employees under training in a cultural training center, of which 345 people were selected as a statistical sample. The main tool used in this study was a researcher-made questionnaire.The findings showed that the average level of willingness of employees to serve in the superior headquarters is3.73.Risk-taking components for achieving superior headquarters jobs include;Often thinking about serving in superior headquarters, Accepting if a job opportunity arises in superior headquarters, Leaving the place of service in any way and joining superior headquarters, Pursuing and trying through friends and acquaintances to get a job in superior headquarters", "Not hopeful about the outcome and fate of working in organizational locations other than superior headquarters and Accepting the problems of not having housing and high living costs in Tehran.Satisfaction with the service unit at 2.92 is higher than the average of 2.5, but compared to many other risk-taking components, it is considered a low level. Satisfaction with the service unit with 3.29 is the highest level corresponding to the average range. Conclusion: The results showed that satisfaction is at the average and lower level. This component confirms the exit and interest in leaving the unit and reaching higher headquarters. Also, employees have a high desire to serve in higher headquarters.
