Abstract
This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the level of smart military logistics within the armed forces of seven selected countries, The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected through the analysis of library resources, strategic documents, and military reports. To evaluate the level of intelligent logistics and support, four key indicators were identified: utilization of information technology, integration of logistics and support systems, investment in smart modernization, and information and communication infrastructure. Subsequently, a questionnaire was completed with the participation of military experts, and the obtained data were analyzed using the multi-criteria decision-making method TOPSIS. The findings indicate that the United States, China, and the United Kingdom hold the highest ranks due to their extensive investment in intelligent modernization, advanced information technologies, and robust communication infrastructures. In contrast, countries such as Pakistan, India, and Turkey remain in the early stages of intelligent transformation due to limitations in resources, infrastructure, and system integration. Overall, the results suggest that success in smart military logistics depends not only on technological advancement but also on targeted investment, secure information infrastructure development, and the integration of logistics structures. The findings of this study, in addition to providing a novel comparative framework for assessing the level of military readiness and support digitalization, can be utilized in the formulation of defense policies and the design of a roadmap for the digitalization of military readiness and support within the armed forces.
