According to experts in this field, currently, various demographic indicators of Iran, especially fertility rate and population growth, are undergoing an inappropriate trend, which has also raised serious warnings due to the aging of the population in this regard. This issue has arisen from various factors and dimensions, among which the strong influence and role of cultural indicators and components on the inappropriate trend of fertility growth rate and consequently population growth rate, has led to the conduct of this research by asking the question: “What are the cultural solutions for proportionate population growth to strengthen the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the horizon of 1430?” Therefore, this research aims to find an answer to this question.
