Abstract
Training units in the units operational army of the Islamic Republic of Iran as one of the main pillars of the promotion be, the Martial and defence the country, playing a vital role in the increase in specialized knowledge, enhanced skills, operational and coordination among the orders roles. The present study aimed to identify the organizational factors affecting the optimization of training units in the U.S. had no more Aja is done.
The research method was designed in a practical and mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative section, the data was collected through the review of documents and semi-structured interviews with 8 silver educational experts and examined by the method of thematic analysis. In the quantitative sector, the statistical community consisted of 80 managers, assistants and educational experts of the air bases of the day, with the use of the Cochran formula, the sample size of 66 people was determined and the data was collected with a questionnaire of 65 questions in three areas of learners, recruits and educational content. The instrument's footprint was confirmed by kronbach's alpha of 0.963, and the data were analyzed by Z statistical tests and Friedman rankings.
The findings showed that unified education is most effective when the three main axes of learners, learners and educational texts are promoted simultaneously and harmoniously. In the learners ' dimension, confidence, learning motivation and positive attitude played the most part.
