Abstract
In today’s dynamic organizational environment, social capital is a crucial factor for effective knowledge management, enabling innovation and adaptation to change. This study investigates the relationship between social capital and knowledge management in AJA and examines how social capital enhances the efficiency of knowledge processes. The statistical population included 30 employees from the AJA Technical and Administrative Services Deputy, and all individuals were surveyed due to the limited population size. Using a survey method with a descriptive-analytical purpose, data were collected via a questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS. The validity of the instrument was confirmed by expert review, and reliability was verified using Cronbach's alpha. Findings indicate that the structural, relational, and cognitive dimensions of social capital positively and significantly influence knowledge management. The study also explores the moderating effects of demographic variables, including age, service experience, and income, which shape interaction patterns and the impact of social capital on knowledge management. By focusing on a formal, hierarchical organization, the research highlights the institutional mechanisms through which social capital strengthens knowledge processes and contributes to organizational performance. The results provide practical and theoretical insights into leveraging social, relational, and cognitive resources for effective knowledge management within structured organizations.
