چکیده
توانمندسازی مالی مفهوم در دست گرفتن کنترل امور مالی و اتخاذ تصمیمات آگاهانه است که ثبات و امنیت مالی را به همراه دارد. توانایی مالی ترکیبی از نگرش، دانش، مهارت و خودکارآمدی است. این توانایی در تصمیمگیری و مدیریت پول با شرایط زندگی فرد سازگار است. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش نظریهپردازی داده بنیاد، الگویی برای توانمندسازی مالی خانوادههای نظامیان در ایران ارائه میکند. ازنظر پارادایمهای پژوهشی غالب، این پژوهش در گروه تفسیر قرار میگیرد. بهمنظور جمعآوری دادههای موردنیاز از تکنیک مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی استفادهشده است. مصاحبهشوندگان این پژوهش کارشناسان، اساتید حسابداری و مالی، خانوادهها و کارکنان نظامی هستند . دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از روش کدگذاری که مختص رویکرد زمینهای است، تجزیهوتحلیل شد و مقولههای مفهومی، اصلی و کلان استخراج شد و درنهایت الگو توانمندسازی شامل عوامل علی، ساختاری، مداخلهگر و نیز راهبردهایی برای توانمندسازی خانوادههای کارکنان نظامی و پیامدهای آن و اجرای صحیح سامانه ارتقای توان مالی خانوادههای نظامیان ارائهشده است. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق پیامدهای اصلی توانمندسازی مالی خانوادههای نظامی کمک به مخارج زندگی (مسکن و آموزش)،کارآفرینی و توسعه نیروی کار، کاهش استرس مشاغل نظامی، کاهش گسستهای خانوادگی ناشی از مسائل مالی، افزایش رفاه خانوادهها، بهبود کیفیت زندگی کاری، اعتمادبهنفس بیشتر، تقویت سیستم اقتصادی کشور، جلوگیری از کلاهبرداریهای مالی و کاهش مسائل اجتماعی و بحرانهای پس از بازنشستگی میباشد.
